Refund Policy

Creator and Studio payments are digital supporter subscriptions that fund Vexel Build development and can provide early stable access, beta access, Discord roles, priority support, or Studio organization seats depending on the selected tier. Community patches are immediate, while new release lines follow the public window.

Because paid access can begin immediately after checkout or webhook confirmation, refunds are not automatic once digital access has been delivered, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

You can cancel a paid subscription through the hosted billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and can remove paid access when the current paid period or entitlement ends.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund past charges or the current billing period.

Vexel Studios may approve a refund when required by law, when a duplicate or erroneous charge occurred, when fraud or unauthorized use is confirmed, or when a verified access failure cannot be resolved within a reasonable support process.

For unresolved access failures, open a Discord ticket with the account email, payment reference if available, the affected tier, screenshots, and the access problem so support can investigate first.

Refunds may be refused for change of mind after digital access has been delivered, dissatisfaction with beta status, unavailable future roadmap features, unsupported third-party assets, project-specific results, user setup issues that support can reasonably resolve, or failure to cancel before renewal.

Refunds may also be refused where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, account sharing, license sharing, access-control bypassing, or other manipulative behavior.

Approved refunds are processed through Dodo Payments or the payment method provider. Processing time, payment-method eligibility, partial refund availability, taxes, fees, and buyer terms can depend on Dodo Payments and the payment network.

A refund can remove or reduce the related paid entitlement, Discord role, Studio seat, beta access, or immediate release access.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. If local law gives you a non-waivable cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or complaint right, that legal right controls.

Where immediate digital access affects a statutory withdrawal right, the checkout, payment provider, or support process may require consent, acknowledgment, or other information required by law.
